Everything cat parents usually ask before their first booking.
After a sitter confirms your booking, you’ll see their PayPal or Venmo handle in My bookings. Send payment directly to the sitter, there’s no cash exchange at pickup and nothing to handle in person.
Most sitters ask for payment right after the booking is confirmed, or on the day of the first visit. Your sitter will let you know what they prefer, it’s their call, not ours.
Each sitter sets their own prices for drop-in visits and overnights. You’ll see the exact rates on the sitter’s profile before you book.
Yes. Every sitter on mraav goes through an identity and background check before their profile goes live. We also read their references and review their answers to our cat-specific screening questions.
Each sitter sets their own cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict) and it’s shown on their profile before you book. Because payment goes directly to your sitter, any refund is arranged between the two of you per that policy.
